I still don’t have a set of wheels so the exploring has not begun quite yet. I don’t even have very exciting pictures from this week. I did go to my first beach (which is a little sad since I’ve been here over a month) and it was so pretty! It’s called Long Bay Beach and it’s one of the larger beach areas around Auckland. There’s a long stretch of beach that’s backed by a large area of grass with pavilions setup every so often. I bet it gets really busy in the summer. Unfortunately I totally forgot to take pictures, but I’m sure I’ll be back soon!

There was another game night this week that I went to and it was a good time. I can feel myself starting to get sick these last few days so I was pretty bushed, but it was fun to hang out with some people in the ward, even though I spent a good hour just hanging out on the couch watching people do Just Dance.

Well, that’s pretty much it for this week. I’m still on the lookout for a car and am crossing my fingers that I don’t get sick this week, but we’ll see what’s to come!
